We offer our seasonal specials that go on sale on a regular rotating schedule.

Winter

December through February

  • Candy Cane Swirl – $35
    • Striped Red & White Vanilla cake filled with chocolate peppermint whipped cream, decorated with whipped cream rosettes and candy cane crumble
  • Raspberry Snowflake Roll– $40
    • Dark Chocolate cake filled with whipped cream & raspberry compote, coated with raspberry coulis and decorated with vanilla buttercream “snowflakes”
  • Hot Cocoa Igloo Log– $45
    • Milk chocolate cake filled with marshmallow whipped cream, coated with ermine buttercream, decorated with mini marshmallows “ice blocks” and Marzipan “penguins”

Spring

March through May

  • Spill the Tea Swirl – $35
    • Earl Grey tea cake filled with whipped cream, drizzled with Bergamont lemon glaze, decorated with white chocolate “tea cups”
  • Piggy Mudslide Roll – $40
    • Chocolate cake filled with hazelnut cream, coated with dark chocolate ganache, and decorated with pink marzipan “piggies”
  • Honeycomb Beehive Log– $45
    • Lemon elderflower cake filled with honey cream, frosted with lemon honey buttercream to look like a beehive, decorated with marzipan “bees”, vanilla buttercream “honeycomb”, candied lemon peel and if in bloom, edible honeysuckle flowers.

Summer

June through August

  • Strawberry Lemonade Swirl – $35
    •  Lemon cake, imprinted with strawberries, filled with strawberry compote and cream, decorated with strawberry cream rosettes, candied lemon peels and candy straws
  • Blackberry Bramble Roll – $40
    • Black velvet cake filled with blackberry cream, coated in blackberry coulis, decorated with fresh blackberries and vanilla buttercream “vines”
  • Tropical Driftwood Log– $45
    • Pina Colada cake filled with coconut cream and roasted pineapple slices, frosted with banana caramel buttercream, decorated with Marzipan “driftwood”, candy “seashells” and graham cracker “sand

Fall

September through November

  • Tiger Stripe Swirl – $35
    • Marbled Pumpkin and chocolate cake filled with hazelnut spread & whipped cream, decorated with chocolate “paw prints” on a whipped cream border
  • Nuts about Honey Roll – $40
    •  Almond chiffon cake filled with honey cream, coated with honey caramel, decorated with candied almonds, chocolate acorns and a Marzipan squirrel topper
  • Autumn Leaves Log – $45
    • German Chocolate cake filled with coconut pecan caramel filling and whipped cream, covered with wood-grain imprinted chocolate marzipan, and decorated with white chocolate “autumn leaves”
