- Milk chocolate cake filled with marshmallow whipped cream, coated with ermine buttercream, decorated with mini marshmallows “ice blocks” and Marzipan “penguins”
Spring
March through May


- Lavender Ladybug Swirl – $35
- Earl Grey chiffon cake filled with Lavender cream, drizzled with Bergamont lemon glaze, decorated with Marzipan “ladybugs”
- Piggy Mudslide Roll – $40
- Chocolate cake filled with hazelnut cream, coated with dark chocolate ganache, and decorated with pink marzipan “piggies”
- Beehive Log– $45
- Lemon elderflower cake filled with honey cream, frosted with lemon honey buttercream to look like a beehive, decorated with marzipan “bees”, vanilla buttercream “honeycomb”, candied lemon peel and if in bloom, edible honeysuckle flowers.
