The Baker: Swirlicue cakes is owned by a NYS teacher, who loves to bake for her students. So while this business is just getting started, she’s had years of experience catering to the discerning palates of her science students. Her goal is always to make unique cake designs that are a joy to look at and a pleasure to eat.
